This website is operated by Hellhound Leather Co. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to our workshop and family. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our website.

Holster Wear & Firearm Storage (Industry Standard)
Our holsters are designed for secure, everyday carry. However, any holster - whether leather or Kydex - will eventually cause wear to a firearm’s finish with repeated use. This is a natural reality of carrying a tool. Furthermore, leather is a porous, natural material that can attract and hold moisture. Hellhound Leather Co. holsters are not intended for long-term firearms storage. Holsters and firearms are to be worn together, but stored separately. We are not responsible for any wear, rust, or damage, real or perceived, to any firearm resulting from the use or misuse of our leather goods.

Purchasing, Pricing, & Refusal of Service
Bespoke work requires mutual respect and clear communication. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel an order at any time if we feel the build is not a good fit for our workshop. Prices for our raw materials fluctuate, and therefore prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to display the colors, tooling, and finishes of our products as accurately as possible, but because we work with natural hides, no two pieces will ever be perfectly identical.

Respecting the Craft (Intellectual Property)
Every design, pattern, and photograph on this site is the property of Hellhound Leather Co. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of our designs, products, or website content without express written permission from us.

Accuracy of Information & Billing
We rely on you to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Because our bespoke gear is built precisely to the specifications you provide at checkout, we are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect sizing, firearm models, or shipping addresses entered by the user.

Third-Party Links & Tools
Our store may provide links to third-party websites or use optional third-party tools (such as payment processors). We have no control over these third-party services and accept no liability arising from your use of them.

The Fine Print: Liability, Warranties, & Governing Law

• Limitation of Liability: You expressly agree that your use of this service and our products is at your sole risk. In no case shall Hellhound Leather Co., our owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our service or any products procured from us.

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hellhound Leather Co. from any claim or demand made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms of Service.
