Returns & Cancellations
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Once a custom order is placed, the wheels are in motion. We immediately allocate the premium hides, solid brass hardware, and bench time required for your build. Because of this, order cancellations or modifications are only accepted within 48 hours of purchase. After that window, the templates are drafted, the leather is cut, and your build is officially underway. There are circumstances in which we may be able to make small alterations or help with adjustments, however, so we still encourage you to reach out!
The Bespoke Standard (Custom Gun Leathers & Belts)
Every bespoke holster, belt, and gun rig we build is handcrafted to your exact specifications—including specific firearm models, barrel lengths, draw hands, and true-waist measurements. Because these heirloom pieces are tailored entirely to you, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges on custom gear. Please utilize our Sizing Guides and double-check your firearm specifications before checking out. Naturally, we stand fiercely behind our craftsmanship. If an item arrives defective or we made an error in the build, contact us immediately at gavin@hellhoundleatherco.com. We will make it right, and we will cover the return shipping.

For our non-custom, everyday carry items (such as standard wallets or valet trays), we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and show no signs of wear or carry. (Please note: Sale items and heavily personalized/stamped items are considered final sale).

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the package.
Once your return arrives at the bench and passes inspection, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. (If 10 days have passed and your refund has not posted, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary by institution).
