Workshop Shipping & Dispatch
Leaving the Bench (Order Fulfillment)
Every Hellhound Leather Co. piece is built to outlast the person carrying it, but first, it has to get to you. Once your gear has passed our final workbench inspection and is securely packaged, you will receive an official dispatch email containing your tracking information.
Please remember that shipping transit times are completely separate from our crafting lead times. (For a refresher on our 12-to-14-week bespoke waitlist versus our ready-to-ship EDC items, please review our FAQ page). We utilize trusted, trackable carriers at checkout to ensure your gear arrives safely. If your specific geographic location requires an alternative carrier not listed at checkout, please reach out to us directly before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
Global Patrons (International Shipping & Customs)
We proudly ship our American-made leather goods worldwide. However, once a package leaves the United States, it is subject to the specific customs laws and import regulations of the destination country.
Please be advised that your local government may require VAT, import taxes, or customs duties before releasing your package. These fees are entirely the responsibility of the patron. Hellhound Leather Co. does not collect these taxes at checkout and cannot pay them on your behalf.
